Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of XVZ, including the Discord bot and the web platform located at xvz.wtf. By using XVZ in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

These terms apply to all users — server owners, administrators, moderators, and any member who interacts with XVZ. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of XVZ after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding XVZ to your Discord server, accessing xvz.wtf, or using any feature provided by XVZ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately remove XVZ from your server and cease all use of the service. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use XVZ, in accordance with Discord's own minimum age requirement. By using XVZ, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under the applicable age of digital consent in their jurisdiction must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Compliance with Laws and Discord Policies

Your use of XVZ must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. XVZ operates on Discord's platform, and all users are independently responsible for adhering to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

XVZ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. Violations of Discord's policies may result in action taken by Discord independently of any action we may take.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited while using XVZ:

Service Abuse

  • Attempting to crash, overload, or disrupt XVZ or its infrastructure
  • Sending automated or scripted requests at a rate that strains our systems
  • Probing or testing the vulnerability of XVZ's systems without authorization
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract XVZ's source code

User Harm

  • Using XVZ to harass, threaten, or target any individual
  • Distributing spam, malware, or phishing content through XVZ
  • Impersonating any person, entity, or the XVZ team

Legal Violations

  • Using XVZ for any purpose that violates applicable law
  • Any actions that violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of XVZ's intellectual property

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to XVZ — including its code, design, branding, and name — belong to the XVZ team. Using XVZ does not grant you any ownership or license beyond the right to use the service as intended.

You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of XVZ without explicit written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban access to XVZ for any of the following reasons:

  • Violations of these terms
  • Abuse of the service or its features
  • Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
  • Behavior that poses a risk to other users or the integrity of XVZ
  • At our sole discretion

If you believe a suspension was made in error, you may appeal through our Discord support server. We are not obligated to reverse any decision. You may stop using XVZ at any time by removing it from your server.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

XVZ is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors, continuously available, or suited to your particular needs. Use of XVZ is at your own risk.

By accessing or using XVZ, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines is strictly prohibited. Violations may be reported to our support team through our Discord server.

We reserve the right to permanently revoke access to XVZ and restrict a user across all associated services — without prior notice or liability — in the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, or any issued refund. We are not liable for any loss of data, configurations, or access resulting from such action or from general service disruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted. Continued use of XVZ after any changes means you accept the updated terms. Violation of these terms may result in a permanent ban from XVZ.
