Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
Overview
This policy covers refund requests for XVZ Premium purchases made directly through our platform. It does not extend to free features, access granted manually by our team, or any transactions processed outside of our official payment system.
All refund requests are handled individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued. We retain full discretion to approve or deny any request based on the criteria outlined below.
1. Eligibility
A refund will only be considered if all of the following apply:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date
- The request is opened through a ticket in our Discord support server
- The Discord account making the request is the same one tied to the purchase
- Your account is not currently restricted or banned from XVZ
- The Premium was purchased directly and was not manually applied or overridden by our team
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
Account Standing
- Your account has been banned or restricted from XVZ for any reason
- Premium access was not directly purchased but was applied by our team
Policy Violations
- You have breached XVZ's Terms of Service at any point
- Your access was suspended or revoked due to misuse of the service
- The request is submitted outside of the 7-day window
Other
- Disputes or chargebacks filed through your bank or payment provider
- Requests made using a different account than the one used to purchase
- Duplicate refund submissions for the same transaction
3. How to Request
To submit a refund request, open a ticket in our Discord support server. Provide proof of purchase and confirm the account associated with the transaction. Our team will review your case and follow up within a reasonable timeframe.
If a refund is approved, your Premium access will be removed immediately. Any chargeback or dispute raised through a payment provider before contacting us directly may result in a permanent ban from XVZ and all related services.
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first reaching out to us is a violation of this policy. We strongly urge users to contact our support team before involving their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in an immediate and permanent restriction across all XVZ services, with no avenue for appeal.
5. Policy Updates
This policy may be revised at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect as soon as they are published to this page. Continued use of XVZ Premium after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
