Overview

This Privacy Policy describes the data XVZ collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. We collect only what is necessary to keep the service running. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any outside party for any purpose.

Using XVZ means you acknowledge and accept the practices described here. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us to have your data removed.

What We Collect

The following categories of data may be collected when you use XVZ:

Server Data

• Guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and category IDs
• Feature settings and server-level configurations
• Server owner IDs used for permission verification

User Data

• Discord user IDs and usernames
• Server-specific nicknames where relevant
• Per-user balances, progress, and saved preferences

Message Data

• Message IDs used for moderation and logging features
• Temporarily cached content of recently deleted messages
• This data is not stored long-term and is purged on a rolling basis

Integration Credentials

• API keys or tokens provided by server administrators for optional integrations
• Stored securely and only used for their configured purpose

How We Use Your Data

All data we collect serves a direct functional purpose within XVZ. None of it is used for advertising, sold to third parties, or processed for any reason unrelated to operating the service.

Server data powers your configuration and keeps settings persistent. User data enables features like economy tracking and per-user preferences. Logged data supports the moderation and audit tools that administrators have enabled in their servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or disclose your data to any third party under any circumstances. All data remains within our systems and is used solely to deliver XVZ's functionality.

The only exception is a valid legal obligation — such as a court order or government request — in which case only the minimum information required by law will be disclosed.

Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as it serves a purpose. Server configurations are kept while XVZ remains active in your server. User data is held as long as it is needed to support an active presence in our systems. Temporary caches such as deleted message logs are cleared automatically and regularly.

If XVZ is removed from your server, leftover configuration data may persist briefly before being deleted. You can request immediate removal at any time through our support server.

Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of any data we hold about you or your server at any time. Open a ticket through our Discord support server and we will process the request promptly.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All stored settings, progress, and configurations tied to your account or server will be removed. Certain features may no longer work correctly following a deletion request.

Security

We take reasonable technical steps to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Access to stored data is limited to what is required to run the service.

No platform is immune to security risks. If you identify a potential vulnerability in XVZ or xvz.wtf, please disclose it responsibly through our support server rather than attempting to exploit it.

Third-Party Services

XVZ runs on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's own privacy practices. We have no control over and take no responsibility for how Discord handles your data.

Any optional integrations with outside services are governed by those services' respective privacy policies. We do not oversee or assume responsibility for their data handling.

Minors

XVZ is not directed at users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have done so unintentionally, contact us and we will remove the data without delay.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of XVZ after an update means you accept the revised policy.
